Monday – rest

Tuesday – 15 miles cycle

Wednesday – 15 miles cycle

Thursday – 9.5 mile run

Friday – 5.5 mile run

Saturday – 4 mile run

Sunday – rest

 

Running – 18 miles

Cycling – 30 miles

 

So this leaves me with 82 miles to run before the 28th November. Bloody hell!

This week my Pile On The Miles challenge is 30 miles, which won’t be easy to fit in. But that is the point – to get moving when you might otherwise not. I’ll then be pretty much back on track to achieve my monthly goal.
