Running total – 30 miles

Cycling total – 39 miles

Strength workouts – 0

 

So this was a pretty decent week for running, and it was great to get in more cycling (only pootling about town – but it was perfect weather for it). No strength work, which is a shame and something to be rectified this week.

Hopefully the weather will cool down a bit before next weekend as I don’t think I can run during the day as it is – and I’d rather not get up at 7am (or cancel evening plans!) to run.
