Monday – 15 mile cycle

Tuesday – 15 mile cycle, 4 mile run,

Wednesday – 9 mile cycle, strength

Thursday – 8 mile run, 9 mile cycle

Friday – 4 mile run

Saturday – 7 mile run

Sunday – rest


Running total  – 23 miles

Cycling total – 48 miles

Strength training – two

Interval sessions – zero


Normally I have to write that I didn’t do the running I had hoped to do. This week, I did running I didn’t expect to do as I managed to walk away from the Wimbledon Half Marathon with relatively-little  by way of damage. As such, I was able to do some short runs this week, just to keep moving. I didn’t tackle any long runs, as I didn’t want to push it. Hopefully next week.
