Well, this was a mixed week. On the one hand, I ditched my bike at work and went for sushi dinner with Matthew on Tuesday – and then slept badly, didn’t run to work on the Wednesday morning, and ate appallingly all that day. I also did no exercise at the weekend.
However – I ran to/from work three times, which is a new record.
So a week of extremes. I worry that I really restrict myself during my “good” days, and then when I give myself a green light to eat badly or not to exercise, I go all out on that too. The holy grail for me is finding some balance, but I have never been one for moderation.
