Wednesday – 15 mile cycle, deck of cards workout

Thursday – 15 mile cycle, deck of cards workout

Friday – 15 mile cycle, 2 mile interval run

Saturday – 10 mile run

Sunday -Rest


Running – 20 miles

Cycling – 53 miles

Speed session – 1

Strength session – 2


This was a good week! A few things went wrong – namely me accidentally doing the deck of card workout with four decks and my Garmin losing its satellite connection during my intervals run – but I survived. Hopefully I can do something similar this week.
