Monday – 6 mile run

Tuesday – rest

Wednesday – 7.5 mile run

Thursday – 15 mile cycle

Friday – 7.5 mile run

Saturday – 10 mile run

Sunday – rest



Running – 31 miles

Cycling – 15 miles



So this became a much more running-intensive week than previous ones. Mostly, this is as I had plans which didn’t involve the bike or being at home to do strength work. It was good to get in some miles, as I am off on holiday soon which will make it hard – if not impossible – to do any longer runs. This week at work is going to be very busy too, so I doubt it will be a stellar performance on my part.
