Wednesday – 15 mile cycle
Thursday – 10 mile run, 7.5 mile cycle
Friday – 7.5 mile run, 7.5 mile cycle
Saturday – 1 mile run
Sunday – 4.5 mile run
Running – 30.5 miles
Cycling – 45 miles
I was a bit nervous that I had overdone it with the back-to-back run on Thursday/Friday, but there don’t seem to have been any nasty repercussions. It’s been lovely running in the cooler weather. We left for Japan and it was summer; we returned and it was autumn! I’m not complaining though; the heat really makes things difficult for me.
Run Every Day – Day 4
Yesterday I ran 4.5 miles around the common. It was a lovely crisp morning and the common looked very pretty. I’d had 10 hours of sleep (beautiful) so was feeling pretty perky. It was also great running without my backpack which was pretty heavy on my runs to/from work last week.
